We’ve spent over a decade building a lot of different homes – over 500 homes and multi-family projects throughout Utah and Idaho. We’ve tried many different types of building construction: standard site-built homes, panelized homes, modular homes, etc. We now focus on precision-built, sustainable homes. We prefabricate parts of the home in our factory in Mt Pleasant, UT and are able to ship the homes as a kit anywhere in North America. The homes are assembled either by our crews in Central Utah or a local builder in other locations.

We offer many floor plans that are both energy efficient and efficient to build. We are in the process of setting up partnerships with local builders and suppliers so that we can offer complete, turn-key homes anywhere in North America. We aim to keep our homes affordable while still offering high quality, modern materials and finishes. The homes work great for affordable housing solution in areas where it is expensive and difficult to build such as urban infill lots, ski towns, Indian reservations and remote cabin and desert locations.
